This is my third visit and I love this office. The new place is beautiful. The staff as always are so pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate. Dr. Barrios is wonderful. Having Sarcoid you need a doctor you can trust!

It's very difficult to find a good doctor and even more difficult to find a good doctor with good qualified assistance. From the beginning to the end it was a pleasure. We only rate medical patient service with three standards ( poor/average/good) . Patricia's office visit was a good five-star visit, very thorough examinations/tests explained in layman terms of the findings/results of the examination to include future requirements. Thank you, and I agree with Dr." the best part was leaving without any prescriptions".

The reception ladies should be a little more discreet. Not talk so loud about other peoples insurance issues. Also a customer was waiting after us. When she got to desk they told her she was late. She was not. They were just taking longer checking us in.

Awesome experience from the from the Front desk to the Technicians checking your eyes to Dr. Poulos giving you the final results. Great results in a relatively short amount of time! Thank you to everyone at Ramirez & Poulos!

Outstanding care and concern! Patient (customer) service at its best! All the staff were very helpful. Dr. Ramirez is the best "eye doctor" I have ever been to in my 66 years. Very methodical in his evaluation and doesn't rush anything. He takes the time to answer "all" questions. Very rare to find a doctor like him these days. I am a patient for life.
