I Think Dr. Poulos is a wonderful Doctor. My problem is with the office rules/staff. I had a test the beginning of March. I feel if there is something wrong with that test, the patient should be called and seen almost immediately. Could not get a follow-up appointment until the very last Thursday of March. Then I was referred to a retina specialist and I would be called by that office. A week later, I called the retina specialist office and they had none of my records. I called Dr. Poulos office and they then just sent my notes and not my contact info. Then I had to wait another two weeks for an appointment with the retina specialist. So I had the test the beginning of March and didn't get treated until 4/26. I feel too much time went by.

I am new to the area and was looking for an opthomologist. I was refered to this ofc and glad I was.
I was able to get an appt easily.
Dr. Poulos was very courtous and professional. Took note of my issue immediately and took action.
The staff was very courteous and professional also.
The waiting area was clean and roomy.
As they say...
"You only get one chance to make a first impression".

Clinic is clean. Was called in right away. Dr Poulos is awesome, came with a smile and explained everything well. Everybody in the office is nice and friendly.

I had a great visit. Did not have to wait long (10 mins). N staff was polite courteous n willing to address my concerns. Dr. Ramirez is the best. He really answered my questions on what's happening to my eyes n if I am a good candidate for surgery. Trust his decision.
